Apartment Rovinj

For seasonal use and short term rental.  
The requirements were 2-3 sleeping possibilities, a larger living room, an integrated drying rack for beach towels, a separate WC, and overall better communication with a well organized storage space.

The solution was to create a sculptural central piece of furniture that would accomodate multiple functions and connect different activities. At once storage, shower and sink,  a wardrobe and storage space, a hiding spot for TV, an extension to the kitchen, a mirror ...

The piece of furniture denies the traditional divisions of rooms, erases the necessity for a halway and partition walls, allowing more light, flexibility and a sense of flow.
